Due to the illness of the main actor, the play Pljuska (Kerempuh Satirical Theatre), which was supposed to be performed on August 28 on the stage at Villa Bedeković, was canceled. Everyone who bought a ticket for the show can get their money back at the official Eventim sales points.
The absurdities of Croatian bureaucracy are already a good tragicomedy in themselves, and when you tackle this inexhaustible topic once again on the theater stage through the adaptation of a legendary comedy, it’s clear that it’s a winning combination. “Pljuska” has been brought back to the Kerempuh Theater by Željko Königsknecht, who has modernized the original text by Nenad Stazić, spiced it up with current political events, and created a play full of excellent acting and clever humor that mocks all the paradoxes and resilience of the outdated state apparatus we’ve all encountered at least once in our lives. “Pljuska” will entertain you, make you laugh, and leave you in great spirits.
