In ten festival days Špancirfest revives Varaždin with a diversity of content and events, creating a lively atmosphere in which every street of the heart of the old city becomes an attractive scene and every step turns into a special story. During those days at the end of August all obligations are postponed, and all life and vacation is planned around Špancirfest. It is not just an event, it is an unforgettable adventure that you must experience.
In twenty-five years, the festival has developed a recognizability and a faithful audience, and the various concerts, street performers, shows, workshops, the exhibitors and the gastronomy bring more than 300 000 visitors to Varaždin.
